Effective January 31, 2024, we will cease offering repair services for Ray Tracey Jewelry. If you possess items purchased after 2003 from our website or a gallery that require repairs, kindly get in touch with us. Submit two photos – one featuring Ray's initial, hallmark, or signature (typically located on the item's back), and the other highlighting the specific parts in need of repair. Send these images to info@traceydesignsinc.com before January 31, 2024. We appreciate your cooperation during this transition.
