Privacy Policy

We obtain information we need to complete your transaction. This may include your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, credit/debit card number with expiration date and your email address. Under no circumstances do we ever share, sell or rent your personal information with outside parties.


Shipping Methods and Tax

We ship with UPS ground service for standard delivery.
We do not deliver PO Box address.
For orders shipped to California, sales tax will be charged.

For the 48 contiguous States:
    Free shipping on orders over $250.00 with UPS Ground Service
    UPS Ground Shipping Charge: $12.00 Up To $250.00
    Second Day Air: $16.00
    Next Day Air: $ 38.00

For orders shipped to Japan, please purchase from www.rakuten.co.jp/supersmith  

 

Return Policy

If any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the date you received it for full refund less a 15% restocking fee based on the product price.

All returns require a RMA# or item(s) will not be processed.

Shipping cost is not refundable.

Returns are credited by original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please follow the steps bellow:
Obtain RMA # (Return Material Authorization) by sending email to info@traceydesignsinc.com.
All unused item(s) must be returned in its original condition, and original packaging. Item(s) without original packaging will not be accepted.
Please enclose a copy of invoice or a note with your order number, and the reason why you are returning the item(s).
Write your RMA # on the package.
Please send using a tracking shipping method so package can be tracked if it is not delivered back to us.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item(s), please contact us to place a new order and follow return policies instructions. If returned item is in its original condition, you will receive a full refund.

 

Repair Policy

No repair charge for defective merchandise purchased and returned within 10 days.

After 10 days, we charge for repair cost and shipping. The repair charges are varied depending on what needs to be done.
