Key Announcement: Transition to Independent Operations – Ray Tracey and Tracey Designs, Inc.
Tracey Designs, Inc. and Ray Tracey have decided not to renew a contract. Ray will work independently from May 1st, 2024. His contact information will be announced in the end of April.Discontinuation of Repair Services
Effective January 31, 2024, we will cease offering repair services for Ray Tracey Jewelry. If you possess items purchased after 2003 from our website or a gallery that require repairs, kindly get in touch with us. Submit two photos – one featuring Ray's initial, hallmark, or signature (typically located on the item's back), and the other highlighting the specific parts in need of repair. Send these images to info@traceydesignsinc.com before January 31, 2024. We appreciate your cooperation during this transition.
