We obtain information we need to complete your transaction. This may include your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, credit/debit card number with expiration date and your email address. Domestic (USA): We ship with UPS ground service for standard delivery. UPS does not deliver P.O. Box. We have the right to choose a carrier for each order. For orders shipped to California, sales tax will be applied.
International (Canada, England, Germany): We ship with UPS or/and USPS Priority. Tax and duties are paid by customer(s).
Please note we are unable to refund delayed shipping charges due to COVID-19 as of January 5, 2021 until further notice from UPS and USPS.
We are not responsible for items lost during transportation. When you see the item(s) is not moving after more than 48 hours being shipped, please contact UPS directly: 1 (800) 742-5877. Once the item is shipped, it is not refundable.

Tracey Designs, Inc. accepts return for non-refundable store credit or exchange if the returned item(s) is in original condition within 10 days from the date you received. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please contact us to get return authorization before returning. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition accompanied with original package and a sales receipt. Item(s) without the authorization, original package and sales receipt will not be accepted. Please let us know the reason why you are returning the item(s).
Please send a package with trackable method. Kindly provide tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for returned items that are lost during shipping.

Returns are processed during business hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email following receipt of your returned item(s). Please allow five business days for full processing.
A nonrefundable store credit will be issued to the purchaser. Any shipping cost is nonrefundable.
If you would like to exchange an item(s), please contact us within 10days from the date you received the package, or by 12/31 for Holiday Gift recipients. Please follow return policies instructions. If returned item is in its original condition, you will receive a nonrefundable store credit.
Repair/resize service is for Ray Tracey Jewelry only. If you need to have your Ray Tracey jewelry repaired, please send photos of your jewelry including his signature/engrave/hallmark to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you with estimate (see Repair for details)
No repair charges for defective merchandise purchased and returned within 10 days. After 10 days, we charge for repair cost and shipping.
