We regret to inform you that as of January 31, 2024, we will no longer be offering repair services for Ray Tracey Jewelry. If you have items purchased after 2003 from either this website or a gallery that require repairs, please reach out to us promptly. Kindly provide two photographs: one capturing Ray's initial, hallmark, or signature (usually located on the back of the item), and another highlighting the specific parts that need attention.
